The residence is located in direct proximity to the Jasmin metro, on the metro line
number 9, with many shops nearby (restaurant, pharmacy, hair salon
hairdresser, supermarket, florist, bakery, etc.). From your modern apartment
and comfortable, you can easily go on foot or by metro to
many tourist sites such as the Trocadéro, the Eiffel Tower or the Champs
Elysees.
All apartments in the residence are fully air-conditioned. THE Wifi High
Speed is accessible free throughout the residence. The residence is
secure, equipped with several code locks and under 24/7 video surveillance.
This category of 75 square meter apartments offers four main pieces
which can accommodate up to 8 people.
The accommodation consists of of a living room with a 2-seater sofa convertible (into a bed
measuring 140×200 with a 16cm thick mattress), a coffee table, a
dining table with 4 chairs, a TV unit and an HD television with satellite.
The (first) bedroom has a large double bed (160cm x 200cm),
bedside tables, a wardrobe and a storage chest of drawers.
The (second) bedroom has a large double bed (160cm x 200cm),
bedside tables, a wardrobe and a storage chest of drawers.
The (third) bedroom has two twin beds (each measuring 80cm
x 200cm and can be made into a single double bed on request), tables
bedside tables and a wardrobe.
The (first) shower room, accessible independently from the hallway
the apartment consists of a double water closet, a vanity unit with
storage space, a backlit mirror, a towel dryer and a walk-in shower.
The (second) shower room, accessible from the second bedroom,
consists of a double water closet, a vanity unit with storage, a mirror
backlit, a heated towel rail and a walk-in shower.
The equipped kitchen, adjoining the living room (independent room with window) is
composed of a worktop with sink, storage cupboards (top and bottom),
a hob, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave oven,
a Nespresso type coffee machine and a kettle.
You will have sufficient dishes and utensils to prepare and
enjoy the 3 meals of the day. Sheets, bath towels, toilet paper, soaps
(hair and body), dishwashing liquid, cloths, coffee pods, tea bags, sugar and
condensed milk will be provided to you upon your arrival at the residence.
Arrival and departure are independent (you allowing late check-in) with a
unique code digital lock system that will be automatically generated for your
stay and sent the day before your arrival.
The residence reception is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from
3 p.m. to 5 p.m. ; on request, a manager can be made available outside these
slots for any specific request. A deposit by card imprint is
requested when booking (deposit not charged).

What is the arrival and departure time?
Check-in (arrival at the apartment) is possible from 4 p.m. and check-out (departure from the apartment) must be done no later than 11 a.m. Do not hesitate to contact us if your arrival/departure times do not coincide; Depending on our availability, we will do our best to try to accommodate you.
Are bath towels provided?
Yes, bath towels are systematically provided, as are toiletries, dishes and kitchen essentials. You will have sufficient dishes and utensils to prepare and enjoy the 3 meals of the day. Sheets, bath towels, toilet paper, soaps (hair and body), dishwashing liquid, cloths, coffee pods, tea bags, sugar and condensed milk will be provided to you upon your arrival at the residence.
Do the apartments have a washing machine?
Our apartments do not have a washing machine, but a laundry room in the basement is available to you free of charge 24 hours a day (we have four washing machines and two dryers).
Is the residence monitored?
The residence is under 24-hour video surveillance, and a member of the team is permanently present on site to be able to respond to any emergency.
Do the apartments have air conditioning and heating?
Each apartment is heated by gas, and is equipped with an air conditioning system in each room.
Are animals allowed?
We really like animals but unfortunately they are not allowed in the apartment for hygiene reasons.
Is it possible to smoke in the apartments?
What are the reimbursement terms?
The reimbursement terms are aligned with the conditions concluded at the time of reservation. According to
periods and availability, the residence offers different prices depending in particular on the conditions
cancellation (flexible, semi-flexible or non-cancellable). Do not hesitate to have these clarified
