Booking conditions<\/h3>\n
The confirmation must include:<\/strong><\/p>\n Please notify us in the event of late arrival so that we can inform you of the access code to the building, so that you can enter the residence and find a welcome letter and your access cards to the reserved apartment.<\/p>\n Please allow 3 % extra for any payment by American Express.<\/p>\n Deposits:<\/strong><\/p>\n Any reservation at the prices displayed, cancellable and refundable, must be accompanied by a deposit corresponding to 30 % of the total amount of the stay. Any stay booked with promotions linked to the length of stay and the additional discount for non-cancelable and non-refundable stays must be paid in full to benefit from the planned discounts. \u2013 15 % discount on the best available price for any reservation confirmed and paid at the time of booking. Reservations are only considered firm upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.
